Terms of Service

By placing an order on Buy My Stash, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment

• All prices are in US Dollars.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Shipping

• We ship to addresses within the United States.
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon carrier pickup.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is significantly not as described.
• Buyer pays return shipping unless the item was misrepresented.
• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Item Condition

• All items are described honestly with condition notes and photographs.
• Pre-owned items may show signs of use consistent with their listed condition grade.
• "As-is" items are sold without warranty of functionality.

Limitation of Liability

Buy My Stash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
