How does Buy My Stash work?

We source quality pre-owned and new items from liquidation auctions, retail returns, and overstock and sell them at great prices. Every item is photographed in our warehouse. Items we've personally inspected are clearly marked; the rest are sold as-is with the source's condition shown up-front so you know what you're getting.

What condition are the items in?

Each listing shows a condition grade plus one of two transparency badges:

• ✓ Inspected by A&J — Our team personally verified this item's condition.
• As-is — The condition shown came from our source's listing. We haven't personally inspected it, so the label may be inaccurate. Sold as-is; ask us before you buy if you want details.

The grades themselves:

• New — Factory sealed in original packaging, never opened, never owned
• Open Box — Retail return with the box opened, but the item itself never used
• Like New — Opened and lightly handled, all parts included, indistinguishable from new in normal use
• Good — Light wear, fully functional
• Fair — Moderate wear or minor cosmetic issues, fully functional

Either way, our 14-day return policy applies if the item arrives significantly different from the listing.

Do you offer returns?

Yes. If an item arrives significantly different from its description, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a return or refund. Items must be returned in the same condition.

How fast do you ship?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. We use USPS and UPS depending on package size. Tracking is provided for every order.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available in the St. George, Utah area at no charge. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.
