Shipping Policy
We ship pre-owned items carefully because we know how frustrating a damaged package is. Here's exactly what to expect.
When We Ship
- Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of payment.
- We don't ship on weekends or USPS/UPS-observed holidays.
- You'll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your label is printed.
Carriers & Transit Time
- USPS Ground Advantage / Priority Mail — typical 2-5 business days
- UPS Ground — typical 3-6 business days
- Larger items may go via UPS Ground regardless of selection at checkout
Transit times are carrier estimates and outside our control once the package is in their hands.
Shipping Cost
- Shown at checkout after you enter your ZIP code — the real carrier rate, not a flat fee.
- Many items qualify for free shipping (look for the green badge).
- Local pickup is free for the Saint George, UT area — choose "Local Pickup" at checkout.
Where We Ship
- All 50 United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and military APO/FPO addresses)
- PO Boxes: yes, for items shippable via USPS
- We do not currently ship internationally.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged in transit: keep all packaging and photograph the damage as soon as possible. Email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with the carrier and you on a resolution (replacement, refund, or repair credit).
- Marked delivered but missing: wait 48 hours (most "delivered" packages turn up nearby), then contact us. We'll file a carrier trace.
- Stolen porch pirate packages: USPS / UPS each have their own claim processes — we'll help you file but cannot replace stolen items at our cost.
Address Changes
We can update your shipping address until the label is printed. After that, the package goes where the label says — contact the carrier for an intercept (fees may apply).
