Local Pickup
We're based in Saint George, Utah. The pickup address is in the footer. Pickup is by appointment after you've paid — you'll get scheduling info in the order confirmation email.
What to Include When You Write
- Your order number (starts with
BMS-) - The email address you used at checkout
- A short description of the issue, plus photos if it's about a damaged or wrong item
