We want you happy with your purchase. Here's how returns work.
Our Promise
If your item arrives significantly different from its description — broken, missing major parts, wrong item entirely — contact us within 14 days of delivery for a return or refund.
What Qualifies
- Doesn't power on when listed as functional
- Major undisclosed damage
- Wrong item shipped
- Significantly different from photos
What Doesn't
- Minor cosmetic wear consistent with the condition grade (e.g., "Good" allowed light scratches)
- Buyer's remorse — changed your mind, found a better price elsewhere, etc.
- Damage from misuse after delivery
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
How to Start a Return
- Email us via the contact page with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We'll respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization or refund decision.
- If returning, ship the item back in the original packaging using the carrier we specify.
Who Pays Return Shipping
- Item misrepresented or damaged in shipping: we pay (we'll send a prepaid label).
- Item as described: buyer pays return shipping.
Refund Timing
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of the item being received and inspected.
- Stripe and your bank may add their own settlement time (typically another 2-5 business days).
Sale & Auction Items
Items marked "as-is" or "sold without warranty" are exempt from this policy unless they arrive substantially different from their photos and description.
Local Pickup Orders
Inspect your item before leaving our pickup location. Returns on local-pickup orders must be initiated at pickup.
